I was so excited for this visit.... I booked a 15 min appt. for facial hair removal. Scheduling was a very simple process. My appointment was scheduled for a Thursday. The Monday of that week, I started calling the number listed to inquire about the service more because this would have been my first visit. The number always went straight to voicemail no matter what time of the day I attempted to call. I left a voicemail and sent a text message but no response. The morning of my scheduled appointment, the office manager for Katy called me and dryly stated that I was not in their system as a returning client so I would not be able to have a 15 min appt because I would need a consult. I tried explaining to her how I attempted to gain clarity prior to my appointment but no one answered, called back, nor responded to my attempts. She did not acknowledge my statement, instead she kept repeating I can't have a 15 min appointment. Unfortunately, I can not speak on the services that Katy provides, because I never made it through the door. It's very disheartening because I was so excited based on all of the positive reviews.Posted on Google

I have struggled with facial hair and pcos for 10+ years i have tried everything to stop my facial hair from growing and it slowly made me less confident and embarrassed. With my previous provider, the machine was incredibly painful and I barely saw results. But with Katy, the treatments are so much more comfortable, basically painless, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement immediately after sessions. She’s honest, gentle, and creates such a clean, relaxing space. I’m so glad I found her, and I will continue to see Katy for the remainder of my treatments! Katy is very professional and she knows her Electrologist stuff! She explains the process cost and answers any questions over the phone with no hesitation. I called another Electrologist to get information and the cost and the lady told me she does not give prices over the phone. I think that is a little ridiculous. I assume she doesn’t want her competitors to know what she charges, but in my opinion there are far more potential customers calling than competitors. Therefore she is running off customers for what reason? But honestly I am thrilled she did because I could not be more pleased with the results thus far. I have tried Laser and all that did was cause the hair to grow with vengeance! Total waste of money. If I could give Katy a 100 Stars **************** I would.
